Customer Service Representative
La Sportiva, the leader in outdoor technical footwear, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative.
Applicants must have previous sales & customer service or related experience and enjoy working in a small, family based, mountain focused corporate culture.
The customer service position includes working in a fast paced environment using proactive communication and selling skills in order to increase company sales and deliver superior customer service. Position involves the ability to handle all aspects of assigned accounts, provide technical support to customers, and the willingness to learn about new products. Applicant must be team oriented, extremely organized with strong attention to detail, and able to work well with other CSR’s and departments in the company.
This position is very data entry intensive – attention to detail is a must.
