To run both faster and longer, and to keep exploring new trails.

Needing four stitches in my hand at TransRockies.

What makes you tick as a runner and in the real world?
Discovering what I authentically enjoy and genuinely believe, and trying to live my life according to that. To appreciate each day and each run.
What drives you to run?
I love being outside, getting a fix of nature and fresh air. I also love training towards goals and feeling fit.

What’s the longest you’ve gone without sleep? Why?
Trailwalker 100k in Hong Kong where we started at 2 pm and went right through the night.

Lentils, squash and rice.

What really scares you about trail running?
Getting hurt and losing movement as a heat source.

Where would you live if it could be anywhere in the world?
Northern BC or Yukon.
What’s your worst encounter on the trail?
Fastpacking in Killarney Provincial Park when we got soaked by rain and were chilled to the bone for hours in our soggy camp.
