I'm a pad stacker, though on occasion I tie into a rope.

Two awesome years

To "climb" El Cap. To keep climbing until the end of my days.

Salty and sugary foods. Salted caramels are my favorite.

What makes you tick as a climber and in the real world?

When I really enjoy something, I give it my all. I'm just as likely to try a v2 all day that's giving fits as I am to work my project. I have a hard time giving up.

What drives you to climb? The money? The groupies? The fame? What?

Definitely the money. Wait, I don't make any money climbing. It must be the friends, the movement and getting to spend weekends and vacations in some of the most beautiful places on earth.

What is your favorite movie?

I'm a sucker for romantic comedies, but I also really love anything by Charlie Kaufman.

I wish I had a cool nickname, but I'm just not that interesting.

Acme olive bread and pepper jack cheese.

Pictures. I do a lot of daydreaming.

What really scares you about climbing?

I absolutely hate downclimbing - and by that I mean the easy way of getting off the boulder after topping out. Usually the downclimb is dirty and I'm petrified of slipping on moss, dirt, pine needles, the list goes on and on. I'm a bit ridiculous.

If your life was made into a movie, what would it be called?

The adventures and misadventures of Paul and Lyn.
