Pro Program

Thank you for your interest in the La Sportiva Pro Program! Our Pro Program is currently available to qualified outdoor professionals (guides, instructors, recreation coordinators, ski patrollers, outdoor manufacturer employees, etc.)

Purchasing is offered through Outdoor Prolink and Promotive online for US Pros. For more information, please see below instructions on how to apply, includes order rules and guidelines.

Due to the volume of Pro orders we receive, we are no longer able to process [Outdoor Prolink/Promotive] orders as a counter pickup, please submit a valid US shipping address when you place an order.

For Canadian pros, please contact our Customer Service team at custserv@sportiva.com to request a Canadian Pro Application to purchase directly from La Sportiva.

Pro Order Rules & Guidelines:

Pro Orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. Orders will ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority. Sorry no expedited freight. APO/AFO delivers can take up to 30 days. 

Product is subject to availability. In stock items will ship and unavailable items will be canceled. No backorders allowed. 

Purchases are for your personal and professional use only. Not for resale, gifts or family members. Pro discount pricing is confidential. Please do not share your pricing with anyone that would not qualify for a Pro discount. Sharing your pro pricing information or purchasing for other people will result in termination of your Pro Purchase account.

Pro Returns: For returns of factory fresh product or for any warranty concerns, please email prosales@sportiva.com for an RA# and instructions.

Items returned without an RA# may be refused. We do not pay return shipping or process exchanges.

 

Pro Warranty: As a La Sportiva Pro, it is understood that you use your La Sportiva gear more often and at a greater intensity. This means that damage due to wear and tear will happen at an accelerated rate. We reserve the right to deem returned damage products for warranty evaluation as normal wear and tear.
