I recently got into bouldering a few months ago and I must say, in the gym, or out on a rock, they handle well for me as a beginner. Being that these shoes are mainly for beginer to intermediate climbing shoes, they were very comfortable and not too agressive in shape, but i can still climb hard all day in the climbing gym or out bouldering on some solid rock! These shoes will handle it!

I don't understand these shoes. I used to climb in a pair of Scarpa Boosters that were like nineteen sizes too small and hurt my toes. The performance of that shoe was excellent. After they were completely blown out I decided to change things up, and four or five pairs of shoes from many different brands, I ended up with a pair of these.

These shoes do everything, and they do everything well. From Standard route on Whitehorse, steep twelves at Shell and Shagg, and cracks like Pine Tree Eliminate, I have never been in a place where I felt like the rubber/shoe was not keeping up with me.

I have one pair and they are sized to fit my perfectly. To give a frame of reference to the comfort level of these shoes, I ran most of the "walk-offs" in these shoes on both Whitehorse, and Cathedral Ledge with no discomfort. It's incredible to me that I can jog off the climbs with them; but there is absolutely no movement of the shoe around my foot so I can still edge, smear and heel hook in the worst places. Love these shoes..

Apparently, climbing shoes aren't supposed to be comfortable. They should turn your foot into an unmovable fist, and you should need to take them off every 10 minutes to decramp your toes. Well, somehow, these shoes are super comfortable all day, while still providing grip, and support. I can edge on tiny features without any pain, smear with confidence, and keep them on while I belay. Of coarse, I did spend a long time at REI trying on every shoe, and these just seemed to fit my foot better than others. You may not have the same amount of comfort that I do. They are not the most aggressive, or expensive shoe, but they work great for me.

I got these shoes as a beginner climber and they fit and feel perfect. Would highly recommend these shoes - just make sure to try them on in person!

Used these shoes for the first time today and loved them. Stuck to the rock great and provided a very snug fit. The shoes are very durable and also allowed me to feel the rock face under my feet. Highly recommend these shoes!
