I bought these to wear daily performing telecom work in Anchorage. I use them for pole climbing driving, walking as well as working inside/outside of homes and businesses in the city. They are warm, dry, very comfortable, high traction, super stiff shank for climbing and really rugged. I am pleased with them as proper footwear is crucial for a lineman's safety/comfort and success.

I have climbed many times on Mt. Rainier, in all conditions, as well as a trip to Denali this year in May. On Denali it was zero when I landed on the Kahiltna. I have never had a cold, or wet foot.
These are a great pair of boots! Thank you.

these are well worth the cash. i doubt you would get a better boot for long mountain climbs. yes they are expensive but they appear to look as if they'd last years.

What a great boot! Having only climbed ice in double boots before using the Nepal EVO, I was amazed at how much just changing shoes has improved my climbing, and they are plenty warm and comfortable making long approaches a bit more bearable.
