ABOUT ME:

Born and raised in Woodinville, Washington. Grew up in the out of doors hiking, surfing, camping, riding horses and dirt bikes, which led mountaineering, alpine climbing, and an eventual regression to becoming a multi-sport athlete.

2013 | Self-supported bike/run across the southern tier of Asia

Circumnavigating Mt. Rainier with a close group of friends and mentors on foot or bike annually on and off since high school.

Favorite running partner is my best friend Nick. He has an innate ability to smile in the face of adversity.

What charity/advocacy organizations do you support or belong to?

OpiCure: a 501(c)(3) Non Profit Foundation focused on addressing opioid-related addiction and deaths; Stay Park City Cycling: an all inclusive bike club dedicated to cyclists; Project Podium: designed to further develop top young male USA Triathlon Elite athletes with the goal of helping them achieve medal performances in the Olympic Games; The Mountaineers: an organization created to enrich the community by helping people explore, conserve, learn about and enjoy the lands and waters of the Pacific northwest and beyond.
