Margo Hayes, native to Boulder, Colorado, thrives on both the thrill of competition and the serenity of climbing in nature. Although Margo enjoys traveling to new destinations, for her, there is no place like home. Nothing excites her more than clipping the chains on a route overlooking her own backyard.

• La Rambla (5.15a); first female to climb a consensus 5.15a/9a+
