• Medical, dental, vision, life, ADD: Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment
• 401k Retirement: Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment; part-time employees who work less than 1000 hours a year are eligible after three years of employment
• Bonuses: Full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment
• Vacation and personal time: Full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment, although accruals begin on the first day of employment
• Sick time: Part-time and full-time employees are eligible on day one of employment; full-time employees receive 48 hours per year (prorated based on start date); part-time employees receive 1 hour sick time per 30 hours worked
• Wellness Benefit: Full-time employees are eligible after 90 days of employment prior to August 31 for payment on October 25 of each year
• Product discounts: All employees are eligible for product discounts on the first day of employment
• RTD EcoPass: Part-time and full-time employees are eligible on the first of the month following one month of employment
• Dogs in office: Full-time employees who work in positions that allow for their dog to be brought to work, are eligible upon receiving all approvals as required by the La Sportiva NA Dog Policy
• Remote work, up to two days/week: Full-time employees who work in positions that allow for remote work, are eligible for up to two days of remote work per week after six months of employment
