Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Location: Boulder, Colorado

Job Description:
Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for daily accounts receivable operations. Seeking an individual that will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Applicant must be a self-starter, extremely organized with the ability to successfully complete projects independently and on time. Must possess the ability to interact with management, staff and maintain customer goodwill and observe confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily invoicing in an accurate and timely manner. Confirm there are no discrepancies in price, item quantity shipped and terms billed.
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Proactively research and resolve billing issues and customer questions.
• Contact customers on a regular basis to resolve outstanding invoices.
• Maintain customer files and records for new and existing customers.
• Month end processing, including processing and delivering account statements.
• Develop spreadsheets and reports for analysis of accounts receivable aged balances.
• Determine accuracy of information in accounts receivable system and identify trends that may impact cash flow.
• Identify areas where reporting could be improved and assist in the development of Accounts Receivable reports.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Accounts Receivable, billing and collections experience.
• Firm understanding of basic invoicing and payment terms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• NetSuite experience desired, but not required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounting tasks.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred or Associates degree in Accounting and relevant work experience.
• 0-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience.

The Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) is a position that combines website administration & and e-commerce strategy. The DMM has a solid background in web content management, design, e-commerce, best practices, UI/UX and performance analysis. Maintains the brand’s standards, techniques and methods to achieve e-commerce sales goals. The DMM maintains and updates the website and implements marketing strategies and campaigns. Close collaboration with the Marketing team is required, including Marketing Director, Creative Director and Operations. This is a data-oriented, hands-on position that requires a high level of initiative, accuracy and productivity while managing numerous tasks simultaneously.

A full-time shipping and distribution specialist for our East Boulder distribution center.

Job duties include, but are not limited to: 
• Consistently lifting cartons that weigh up to 50 lbs 
• Being on your feet for 8 hrs a day
• Climbing 10ft ladders
• Picking detailed orders with precision and speed
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Unloading shipping containers on a weekly basis
• Stocking product on shelves 
• Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse

Digital Production Graphics Intern

Job Location: Boulder, Colorado

Job Description: 
The Digital Production Graphics Intern role is to support the Marketing Department by producing creative and effective web graphics that support the La Sportiva N.A. Marketing messages and initiatives. This role will primarily create images for and our social media channels in addition to some print graphic production and other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create images for social media
• Create images for the La Sportiva N.A. website
• Update content and copy on La Sportiva N.A. website
• Photo cleanup and processing from photoshoots
• Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns
• Assist in the creation of digital advertising assets

• Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic or Digital Design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac platform, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience with creating graphics for both web and print
• Experience with photo editing and cleanup
• Basic web design & HTML/CSS knowledge
• Knowledge of design theory, photo composition/cropping and typography best practices
