To ensure your order ships before we close for Winter break, please submit your order by 12pm (MST), on:
 
12/17/18 for Ground delivery before Christmas
12/20/18 for Ground delivery (within the 48 states)
 
*La Sportiva cannot guarantee on-time delivery of products, as this is dependent upon the carrier. Please note that orders received after these deadlines will ship upon our return to the office.

 How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

We will ship your order as fast as we can!  Orders for products in stock normally ship within 72 hours of receipt of the order. No orders will ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 9am MST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. For more information about shipping times and holidays, please call our Customer Service team at 720-697-5756 M-F from 8am to 5pm MST.

For orders using our Pickup at La Sportiva Factory Retail Store (Boulder, CO): Our team will call you once your order is ready for pickup, please allow 72 hours to process your order.  Contact Us for order pickup hours, location and phone number.

How will my order ship?

All of our retail orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boulder, Colorado using FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail Letter or FedEx Ground International depending on where you are located and the shipping method of your choice. If you provide us with your email address, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!

Where can my order be shipped?

We ship orders within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you are outside of the US, Canada or Puerto Rico, please visit www.lasportiva.com to find a La Sportiva retailer near you.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been placed on our website. Please contact Customer Service if the shipping address on your order was incorrect. We will contact the shipping carrier to request the package be returned to our warehouse. Your order will be returned for a product refund shortly after being received at our warehouse. We encourage you to place a new order on our website with the correct shipping address.

What are the available shipping options for the US?

We ship FedEx Ground for most US shipments. Sorry no expedited shipping at this time. If you provide a PO Box or Military APO/FPO address, please select USPS Priority Mail during checkout. Please note that FedEx Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. When shipping is included in the price of some accessory items, the order will ship USPS First-Class Mail Letter.

What are the available shipping options for Canada?

We ship FedEx International Ground for Canada shipments. Sorry no expedited shipping at this time. We pay for the customs charges for all retail orders shipping to Canada.

What are the available shipping options for Puerto Rico?

We ship USPS Priority Mail for orders shipping to Puerto Rico. Sorry no expedites shipping at this time.

How are your shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, box dimensions and shipping location.

What are your shipping holidays? 

La Sportiva does not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Presidents' Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the day after
• Christmas Day

  

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Ground Shipping: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada may experience longer shipping times. Orders placed after 10am on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on Monday. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail and transit times are 2-12 business days.

2-Day: We currently do not offer 2-day shipping. Please check back soon!
