How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

We will ship your order as fast as we can!  Orders with in stock products are USUALLY packed and shipped within 72 hours (1-3 business days) of order receipt. No orders will ship on weekends, holidays or closures due to inclement weather. Orders placed after 9am MT on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

For orders using our Pickup at our Factory Retail Store in Boulder, CO option: Please allow at least 72 hours for processing. A retail sales associate will call or email you when your order is ready for pickup! CONTACT US for order pickup hours, location and phone number.

Please don’t hesitate to call our Customer Service team at 720-697-5756, if you placed an order and have any concerns about when it will ship. We will notify you if an item is unavailable or if there will be a delay in shipping. 

Want to make a change to your order?

Not a problem! If you need to cancel a product from your order or the entire order, give our Customer Service team a call at 720-697-5756 Monday-Thursday from 8am to 4pm MT and Fridays from 8am-12pm MT and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please note that we cannot add products to your order. Also, shipping addresses and size/color cannot be modified after an order has been placed.

How will my order ship?

All of our retail orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boulder, Colorado using FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground International depending on where you are located and the shipping method of your choice. If you provide us with your email address, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!

Where can my order be shipped?

We ship orders to Canada and the US, including Puerto Rico; Guam; U.S. Virgin Islands; all U.S. territories; PO boxes; and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. If you are outside of Canada and the US, please visit www.lasportiva.com to find a La Sportiva retailer near you.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been placed on our website. Please contact Customer Service if the shipping address on your order was incorrect. We will contact the shipping carrier to request the package be returned to our warehouse. Your order will be returned for a product refund shortly after being received at our warehouse. We encourage you to place a new order on our website with the correct shipping address.

What are the available shipping options for the US?

We ship FedEx Ground for most US shipments. Expedited shipping is not an option. Please note that FedEx Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes or Military addresses.

What are the available shipping options for PO Boxes or Military addresses?

We ship USPS Priority Mail for orders shipping to PO Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. Expedited shipping is not an option.

What are the available shipping options for Canada?

We ship FedEx International Ground for orders shipping to Canada. Expedited shipping is not an option. We pay the customs charges for all retail orders shipping to Canada.

What are the available shipping options for US Territories?

We ship USPS Priority Mail for orders shipping to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. Expedited shipping is not an option.

How are your shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, box dimensions and shipping location.

What are your shipping holidays? 

La Sportiva does not process or ship orders on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse in Boulder, CO, you will receive your La Sportiva order based on the following delivery times. Delivery times vary depending on shipping method and delivery address, and are not guaranteed. 

Please note that orders shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and military APO, FPO and DPO may experience longer shipping times.

FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Check delivery/transit times with FedEx based on your zip code.

FedEx Ground International: 2–7 business days for packages shipping from the US to Canada. 

USPS Priority Mail:  1–3 business days. Check delivery time estimates on the Priority Mail Delivery Map. *Expect longer delivery times for orders shipping to Military Post Office (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses; delivery times range from 7-30+ business days.

2-Day: We currently do not offer 2-day shipping. Please check back soon!
